We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our Contact page and we'll help put it right.

Returns

Unused items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used dental wipes cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, message us via the Contact page with your order number and reason. We'll provide the return address and instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may also cancel an unused, unopened order within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
